1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Content

You may submit prompts, questions, and other content ("User Content"). You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App.

You are responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the App’s operation.
• Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, or violates privacy or publicity rights.
• Do not use the App to create or spread spam or malicious code.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may be offered on a subscription basis. Prices, billing periods, and terms will be displayed in the App and handled by the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the store’s payment terms. Certain fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should verify important information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, or to protect the App or other users. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence unless otherwise required by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date below and, where required, provide notice through the App or other means. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
